Winchfield Lodge has invested in the very latest telephony and message taking facilities to deliver a bespoke service to our customers.

Each client specifies when and how they want their calls answered and then how the messages are delivered or collected. An example of the services available are as follows:

Calls answered in your Company name during the hours you choose

Calls ‘transferred’ to your alternative contact number (home, mobile etc.)

Messages taken and then either emailed, SMS (text to mobile), left in a voicemail or you can phone in to collect them when convenient.

Incoming fax collection and forwarding

Non-geographic numbers such as 0870, 0845 and 0800

If you also require the use of a prestigious business address for your mail then Winchfield Lodge can collate your post and either forward it onto you or, if you live locally, you can come in and collect it personally.
